Michael is a highly accomplished Strength and Conditioning Coach, holding an ASCA Level 1 accreditation and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (Honours).
With a wealth of experience across elite sporting environments, Michael has served in high-performance roles with some of Australia’s most prominent teams, including Richmond Football Club (AFL and VFL), the Dandenong Thunder (NPL), Southside Flyers and Deakin Melbourne Boomers (WNBL), and Football Australia’s national youth programs, where he was the Lead Sport Scientist for the Young Socceroos and U18s.
As an athlete, Michael has achieved both national and state titles in futsal and soccer, and his professional career includes notable honours such as a WNBL Championship and an AFC U20 Asian Cup title in his capacity as a High Performance Manager.
His deep expertise in athlete development and high-performance sport makes him a valuable asset to any elite training environment.
Farhad Azad is a dedicated educator with a strong background in sport education, youth development, and community engagement. He holds a Master of Applied Secondary Education and a Bachelor of Sports Science and Physical Education, complemented by a Diploma in Sport Education and Development through Cricket Australia’s SEDA Program. Through this pathway, he also earned Certificate III & IV in Sport and Recreation.
Farhad has contributed to a range of educational and sporting environments, including Hallam Secondary College, where he supported the Health & PE Department and worked closely with their Football, Basketball, and Rugby Academies. He currently serves as the South East Programs Coordinator at BHF and works with AFL Victoria as a Game Development Officer.
His passion for sport and community is further reflected in his volunteer roles with Melbourne Renegades, Melbourne Stars, and Cricket Victoria, where he continues to foster positive youth engagement through sport.
Serdar Eroglu is an experienced educator with a strong commitment to holistic education, student wellbeing, and community connection.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Health and Physical Education) from RMIT University and is currently in his ninth year in education, having worked across both mainstream and faith-based school settings.
Previously the Head of Middle School at Mt Hira College, Serdar led initiatives in student discipline, staff development, wellbeing, and community engagement.
He now teaches at the Islamic College of Sport, where he delivers VCE Vocational Major subjects such as Literacy, Numeracy, Work-Related Skills, and Personal Development Skills through a sport-integrated, inquiry-based learning approach.
Serdar also holds a Certificate IV in Chaplaincy and Pastoral Care and brings extensive experience in student mentoring and wellbeing support. Outside the classroom, he is the founder and co-director of Elite Fitness Female Studio, a boutique women’s fitness and wellness centre focused on allied health and community programs.
Driven by a passion for student identity, resilience, and belonging, Serdar is dedicated to empowering young people through education and meaningful community involvement.
A committed educator with a strong passion for sport, faith, and community engagement, Abdurrahman holds a Master of Teaching (specialising in Physical Education) from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from RMIT.
With over six years of teaching experience across Physical Education, Islamic Studies, and general classroom subjects, he has also spent more than a decade delivering Qur’an and Islamic Studies education at Carlton Mosque (AAIS).
Deeply involved in both the Albanian and broader Muslim community, Abdurrahman was honoured to participate in the Human Appeal Aspiring Leaders Program, which included an Umrah pilgrimage and humanitarian work supporting Syrian refugees in Jordan.
A passionate sports enthusiast, he has competed in tennis and football, and has represented Hume Futsal Club at the national level since 2016.
