The first half of the year has seen students embrace a range of opportunities both on and off the field. A major highlight has been the College’s partnership with Liverpool FC International Academy, creating exciting new pathways for students with a passion for football.
Students have also continued to achieve strong results across School Sport Victoria competitions, with the girls basketball, boys futsal, boys soccer and AFL teams all progressing to regional championships. These performances are a testament to the hard work of our students and the ongoing success of the College’s High-Performance Program.
Beyond sport, students have participated in work experience, industry engagement and community service initiatives, continuing to develop as well-rounded young people. Our commitment to giving back has remained a key focus, with students actively contributing to a range of community programs and service-learning opportunities.
Looking ahead, there is much to be excited about, including upcoming sporting tours, School Sport Victoria finals and an international service-learning trip to Indonesia. We look forward to seeing our students continue to grow, succeed and represent the Islamic College of Sport with pride throughout the remainder of the year.
