Islamic College of Sport students attended their first camp of 2025 at ADANAC, Yarra Junction.
Year 11 and 12 students had the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities that tested their physical and mental strength, resilience and determination.

Following introductions in Day 1, students jumped right into their physical programs with Paddle-Boarding, Water Slide, Volleyball, E-Board, and Water course.

Day 2 had students connect with one each other over morning prayers, and a trip to the Yarra Junction summit, which at first was reaching temperatures almost 0 degrees Celsius.














Our High Performance coach Michael took our Year 12 cohort for a 2km trial run, and a strength and conditioning session. Pushing our students to their full potential in the early morning.
Islamic College of Sport have found success in starting Week 1 of the year off with a well-structured high-performance camp. This program allows students to meet new peers, test their abilities to try different forms of physical activity and connect with their faith during Halaqa sessions with Sheikh Saeed.
