ICS Welcomes New Board Members

The Islamic College of Sport is pleased to welcome Rick Tudor and Ali Faraj to the College Board.

The Islamic College of Sport (ICS) is proud to announce the appointment of two highly respected leaders to its Board, further strengthening the College’s commitment to educational excellence, student wellbeing and community impact.

Joining the Victorian Board is experienced educator Rick Tudor, who brings decades of leadership experience across some of Victoria’s most recognised independent schools. Rick has served as Headmaster of both Beaconhills College and Trinity Grammar School, as well as holding senior leadership positions at Melbourne Grammar School and The Peninsula School. Throughout his career, Rick has contributed extensively to the education sector through a range of board and governance roles. His expertise in curriculum development, pastoral care and leadership development will be a valuable asset as the College continues to grow across Victoria.

Joining the New South Wales Board is Ali Faraj, a highly respected educator, community leader and advocate for youth development. As Executive General Manager of Community and Inclusion at the GWS Giants, Ali has played a significant role in strengthening community connections and creating opportunities for young people across Western Sydney. A qualified teacher with extensive experience in education, leadership and community engagement, Ali has dedicated his career to supporting young people through programs focused on social cohesion, leadership development and wellbeing. His work across schools, universities and community organisations has earned widespread recognition and made a lasting impact throughout New South Wales.

The College warmly welcomes Rick and Ali to the ICS community and looks forward to the experience, expertise and leadership they will bring as ICS continues to grow across Victoria and New South Wales.
